When you use our calculator, we collect basic financial data (income, deposit, age) to provide an indicative borrowing result. This calculation is automated based on specialist lending criteria.

Lead Generation

Before providing your result, we ask for your contact details (name, email, phone). By providing this information, you are requesting us to contact you to discuss your mortgage requirements.

This information is stored in our CRM (Twenty) and is used to handle your enquiry and, where appropriate, provide you with regulated mortgage advice through our authorised adviser, Hayden Richards, as an authorised adviser of Echo Finance Limited.

Regulated Advice Provider

Your data is reviewed by Hayden Richards as an authorised adviser of Echo Finance Limited so we can provide regulated mortgage advice and meet applicable regulatory standards.

No Third-Party Marketing

We do not sell your data to third-party marketing companies. Your data is only shared with Echo Finance Limited (under whose principal authorisation advice is provided), lenders, and essential service providers such as credit agencies where needed for your enquiry or a formal mortgage application.

By submitting your details, you agree to receive follow-up communication via email or phone regarding your enquiry. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by replying "STOP" or emailing hello@complexincome.mortgage.
