1. Regulatory Status

Richards & Logic is a trading style of MarketMedia Ltd. Mortgage advice is provided by Hayden Richards, CeMAP-qualified, as an authorised adviser of Echo Finance Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 570073).

2. Our Service

Richards & Logic provides educational information and guides. Regulated mortgage advice is provided by Hayden Richards, CeMAP-qualified, as an authorised adviser of Echo Finance Limited. Hayden Richards can review complex income scenarios, including retained profits, day rates, and director dividends.

Any regulated advice or recommendation will be provided by Hayden Richards as an authorised adviser of Echo Finance Limited after your needs and circumstances have been assessed.

3. Fees and Commission

Our Initial Consultation: There is no fee for our initial consultation or for providing you with an initial illustration of borrowing potential.

Broker Fees: A fee may be payable for regulated mortgage advice or arranging your mortgage. The exact amount will depend on your circumstances and will be confirmed by the regulated adviser before you proceed.

Commission: The regulated adviser will explain any lender commission and any broker fee before you apply for a mortgage.

4. Instructions

We normally accept instructions in writing (by email or via our secure portal). We may accept oral instructions at our discretion, but we will always confirm these in writing.

6. Client Money

We do not handle client money. We never accept a cheque made out to us (unless it is a cheque in settlement of our fees or disbursements for which we have sent you an invoice) or handle cash.

7. Data Protection

Any personal information you provide to us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will use your data to provide the services requested, comply with regulatory requirements, and prevent fraud.

YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE.
